Boys and sandboxes..........

Kade and Matthew playing in the sand. They didn't have school today because of parent teacher conferences. I remember doing this exact thing as a child. Building rivers and roads in the sand and then filling it with water. My parents used to hate it because it made such a mess. I am feeling the same way. They continue to keep putting water in it and don't know when enough is enough.

Is that in your backyard? Brandon wants us to put in a sandbox, but I just can't bring myself to it! Sand Everywhere! And who would have to clean it...ME! I feel bad since both Brandon and I loved sandboxes when we were younger! Looks like so much fun! Good luck with the mess!!!

Boys and mud...you can't stop it... it just happens. I swear there could be no water anywhere, and as soon as the boys walk by a pile of dirt it tuns into mud and has to be played in.

Awww, that is so much fun! You are such a great mom for allowing the mess. I seriously need to take good mom lessons from you... I am so grumpy when it comes to cleaning up big messes even if my kids had a blast making it. -sigh-

By the way, I LOVE the background to that sand box...it would make an awesome backdrop for family pictures.
