Over the summer we worked on this house. Sanded the cabinets, laid tile in the kitchen and bath and painted interior and exterior. From June to August then we put it on the market and sold it. Cindi and I have flipped almost all of her rentals in Helper however we havnt sold them just put renters in them.

good job on the flip. Was it a lot of work or was the house pretty clean to begin with?I love your golfing shoes.... Almost makes me wantto try to golf.
I helped with the house a little. It was definitely NOT pretty clean to begin with. Lol I remember pulling up the nasty carpet. Other than that, all my time there was spent scraping paint and repainting.
