Kade knows all the fourteen properties not only by whom occupies them but by physical address. Mom, "are we going to 810 house to work today or 41 Uintah?" As you can see he gets right down into it with us. We are taking a look at mold under a kitchen sink that our tenants neglected to let us know about. Kade loves Cam and mimicks what he does. Kade can tell you how to lay tile, grout, pull a camode and set a camode. Paint and whatever else he has helped us with. He loves getting down and dirty with us and loves learning. Now that he is in school he doesnt get to hang around so much.
